The tariffs include the following services:
- change of towels and tabel-cloth 2 x week and weekly change of bed linen , hair-dryer
- heating in cold season, conumption of energy and water, final cleaning
- fior the first days: coffee, sugar, salt, toilet paper, dish-liquid, liquid soap
- vegetables of the season, Wifi near reception area
- children up to 3 years sleeping in their parents bed
Breakfast: 8,- € / day/adult, 5,- € / day/children 4 - 14
Extra-bed 20,- €/ night
Cot in accomodation for 2: 15,- € for a stay of 1 – 3 nights, for longer stays 5,- € per week
Dogs (on request): 10,- € per week-end, 20,- € per week
Good do know:
Two small children under 4 years are considered 1 older child, that means that a triple room would be charged.
In high season we prefer weekly bookings, but sometimes there's availability even for less nights.
We don't have special arrival or departure days, but in high season the dates are subject to our planning.
Check-in: from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (otherwise please contact us)
Check-out: 10:00 a.m (in low season even a bit later)
PAYMENT: preferably cash, bank transfers, cash or credit cards
NO INSTANT BOOKING BUT SLOW BOOKING:
Send us your request. We usually reply within 24 hours. Ask us everthing you need to know. We will send you our accomodation proposal for your stay. When you accept it, please advise by phone or mail, comunicating your postal address and your phone numbers. You will receive our booking confirmation together with the request for an advanced payment of about 1/3 of the total by bank transfer.
Cancellation policy for middle and high season, for the period around Easter and for groups in all season: in case of cancellations form 21 to 8 days before arrival we apply a penalty of 30 %, in case of later cancelations the penalty is 50%. In case of “missed arrival” or “early departure” cancellations- policies starting from 0 days before arrival well be applied. In low season and with individual travellers we can be more flexible.
