Alone standing 2-room house, 50 qm, sleeping room for 2 – 3 people with bunk bed and single bed, table, big wardrobe. Spacious living room with double-bed and kitchen area (fully equipped, 4 fires, fridge, etc.), table, chairs, bathroom with shower, sink, wc. Air conditioning, heating. Covered veranda under arcade with table, benches, loungers, barbecue.
House or apartment rental includes the following services:
- supply of towels and kitchen cloths twice a week, of bed linen every week
- heating during the winter months, energy and water consumption, air conditioning during the guests‘ stay inside the accomodation, final cleaning
- the first supply of coffee, sugar, salt, toilet paper and dish detergent, shower gel and shampoo
- Children up to 3 years old are our guests and stay free of charge in their parents’ bed.
- Free Wifi in reception area

Breakfast: Adults: 8,- € /day, children and teenagers (4- 16) 5,- € /day
Extra bed 20,- Euro / day.
Baby-cot 15,- € per week
Dogs (on request) 10,- € for the weekend, 20,- € per week

Two children up to the age of three are considered one paying child.
Arrivals and departures are possible every day, in high season it depends on availability.
Check-in: from 4.00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (in low season maybe also in the morning, call us)
